Splitting up a Single site to a Multisite

  • I am looking at taking out existing site, which has buddyPress and bbPress on it, and doing the following:

    Splitting the entire she-bang onto a multisite
    1 partition would be the blog
    1 partition would be the forum (bbPress)
    1 partition will be Woo Commerce

    of course I want to have the entire community to be able to access their BuddyPress account no matter where they are.

    And another question, can I set my username visibility for one site and have it different for another? Say I’m User1234 on the blog partition, but I with to remain semi-anonymous and have my account display admin01 for the forum.
