Splogs Reposting from My Blog

I think many of you may have encountered this – I’ve been noticing pingbacks from spam blogs (splogs) that have pretty much ripped off one of my blog posts and then reposting a snippet of it on their splog. Yes, they do link it back to my website, but this affects my page ranking when my content gets diluted, and I consider this plagiarism.
