Spoilers not working

With the latest update, spoilers don’t appear the same as they used to. Now, I’m just getting a box followed by the spoiler title. I believe the box is supposed to be a plus sign. The style of spoiler also seems to be different.

While I’m at it, who doesn’t
work any more. Has this plugin been removed from www.ads-software.com?
