sponsor description / bio

I’m using the short code to show all sponsors on a page, I have a few issues
1. sponsor description runs of the page way to the right
2. line height in description is too high
3. space between sponsors is not enoughsee https://new.conferenceawards.co.uk/sponsors-drt/
I’ve tried editing the /includes/css/cr3ativsponsor.css file but still doesn’t fix the problems.
Any help would be much appreciated
