Spontaneous change of the currency EUR to USD

Dear support,

I am using the pro version of this add-on and we recently spotted several problems related to this form manager and PayPal:
– first we have two forms, one in French and the other in English. Recently the English form started sending payments in USD and not EUR as defined previously. When the FR version of the form is still working fine in EUR
– Second we have people complaining because they did pay online got the money taken from their account and yet we haven’t received anything n Paypal.
– Third, we receive the money on PayPal related to one submission of the form but didn’t receive the confirmation email.
– Last, the PayPal tab in the form creation menu is empty. No option is accessible anymore.

We have recently installed plugins such as Contact Form 7 Style and
Send PDF for Contact Form 7.
