Thanks for the reply. sorry im replying a little late i travel led
out of town just came back. My web app runs on a cloud server as at
the time you where checking it i hard run out of subscription and
account disconnected.

I actually removed it i had lost hope on you responding i have transferred the widget to my homepage (https://disportsacademy.azurewebsites.net/) on the right-side bar. All i see is a black box. On my Admin backend Sport Press Widget i get this mesaage. “Territory restrictions apply: some channels may not be available for streaming in your area.”

I really need a fix. would appreciate it.

Hi @bejay1986! It looks like some of the content providers have restrictions on their content, which is why many channels are blacked out. This is beyond our control, but we’ve been in touch with the content providers to come up with a solution.

I’ll keep you posted here.

Quick update: We’ve got a temporary fix in place, which will stream from the Sporting News channel. We’re working with the content provider to determine a list of channels that can be streamed with all regional restrictions and content rights considered.

For now, the widget and shortcode will display a default stream from Sporting News. I will post an update here as soon as we move forward with further developments.
