SportsPress no Import

  • I have a problem, I started very well with the import, but I changed a text in the configuration.

    Specifically here:

    Win win W More Goals Wins

    Swap Win for Gan

    And when I imported an excell again, I no longer did the import, I returned the text to the way it was, I thought that would solve it and no, I could no longer import any matches.

    How can I fix this detail?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Did you edit the event outcomes under SportsPress > Configure? I’m assuming you edited the label only, so that really shouldn’t affect how events are imported. If that’s the case, then please make sure you are using the variable name for that event outcome.

    If that still won’t work, please paste your CSV import file into a site such as pastebin so we can see its contents (or at least the first couple of entries).

    It did not throw any error, it simply said the import was successful, and the matches did not appear.

    Suddenly 24 hours later everything returned to normal, it already matters again.

    Then changing the label should not happen anything.

    If I change the abbreviation G, D, L, should that remain the same?

    What do you think happened?
