Spotify embed says “Sorry, that’s not currently available.”

    I’m now an admin of a page that also uses spotify embeds, even showing “Latest podcast” on the main page. I was struggling with plugin cache with the latest podcast post, since it was not showing in the proper category, but the podcast and the post were showing on the main page. To fix the “not in the category” problem, I deactivated and then again activated WP Rocket. That did fix the problem, however, now for some reason the main page Spotify embed says “Sorry, that’s not currently available.” I’m struggling to find the solution, since deactivating and again activating WP Rocket did not help this time.

    If a page has the latest anything, it might be a good idea to exclude it from any caching scheme.

    Not knowing much about spotify embeds, I suggest getting a fresh embed code from Spotify and place it somewhere on a page. If that works as expected, use it to replace the related non-working embed.

    If that doesn’t help there could be a security policy issue. Check you browser console for related error messages.
