• Today I copied a Spotify song URL into my draft blog post and it only showed a small rectangular picture of the link, instead of the more full-sized picture of the artwork.

Has there been a coding change? If this has been reported already, is there a fix?

I’d appreciate some support on this as it’s never happened before.

I am using Classic Editor on a wordpress.com site. Thanks.

I mentioned in my first post that I’m using a wordpress.com site and plug-ins don’t work on them.

If you have a BUSINESS or higher plan, you can install any plugin or theme. This has been the case for quite some time.

And if you’re running using a WordPress.com site, please post on WordPress.com’s support forum (or contact their customer support directly) whenever you have an issue with your site. That’s because there are significant differences better the open-source version of WordPress downloadable from here (www.ads-software.com) and the hosted version offered by WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/forums/

I do not have a business or higher plan.

Has something changed in WordPress in the wordpress.com version? I’ve asked that question a few times without a direct response to it.

I will go to the WordPress.com forum.

    Sorry for that @billcs ??

I must have missed that part. You can still try it with block editor though and see how it pans out. I am not super familiar with wordpress.com so do check with them before implementing it.

    Have a good day!
