OK, update. Turns out none of them are working properly. I tried on a third host as well.

    1) Create a post with [spreadplugin shop_category=”(numbers)”]
    2) Rebuild Cache (shows 2 products)

It will display that category properly.

    3) Update the post to delete shop_category
    4) Rebuild cache (shows 16 products)

    It will display all products

    5) Update the post to include the shop_category again.
    6) Rebuild cache (shows 2 products)

Page continues to show all products.

    What am I doing wrong?

If you want to use more categories, then don’t add it to the default settings and extend your shortcode on each page with [spreadplugin shop_category=”(numbers)”] where the (numbers) category should be shown.

By default settings, do you mean Spreadplugin options? I am altering the shortcode on the page. I’m saying once the page builds cache with all the products, even if I alter the short code to only display a chosen category, it will keep on displaying all the products.

send me a screenshot of spreadplugin options page to [email protected] – it would be much easier ??

looks fine. so it should work. which shortcode are you using exactly?

I have the same problem with the new version of the plugin.

Code [spreadplugin shop_category=”(numbers)”] doesn’t work anymore after update plugin/rebuild cache, all my products are display not only the one specific to this categorie. It was working with the previous version of the plugin with “clear cache” and not rebuild cache”

My shop id is 710415 if it helps.

Can I downgrade the plugin to version 3.7.2 or earlier ?

    Thank you in advance

i’m using the most recent version and tried the category id of my shop

    https://welovetee.spreadshirt.de/alsterwasser-C300890 = [spreadplugin shop_category="300890"]

and clicked on rebuild cache afterwards.

    It works without any problems

    Did you rebuild cache?

Yes I try to rebuild the cache without success. The weird think is it’s working for some pages but not for all. I will try to delete some products and pages to see what happen.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Do you think, it could be host related ? My host is 1and1 . Do you have a host to recommend ?

By the way, excellent plugin ! Very good work, was looking this plugin since a longtime.

did you get any error messages – they should be listed directly beneath the products when reading and building the cache?

I don’t get any error messages.

When I am building the cache, I see the building of my items “done” and page “done”

Thinking I could be my host but everything was working before

hm seems everything ok. in any case, you can go back to an earlier version downloading it from here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-spreadplugin/developers/

    It’s working !!!

I had a problem with wordpress add code <span>… before the [spreadplugin] shortcode for some of my pages but not all !

    Thanks for the support !
