spun theme not showing updates on other devices

  • Hi,
    I am making a tribute site for somebody who has just passed away, and every time i make a change to the website, the changes are not showing up on other devices. To ensure a change shows up I have to ’empty all cache’ under performance and ask everyone to refresh their page. Is this usual? Why is this happening?
