SQL error out of nowhere

I just posted not two hours ago, and checking back, my site is rather messed up. I’m not sure if I looked at the site after I posted, but there was no funny business going on there. Does anyone know what is going on? Would a database restore do the trick?
Here’s what I get, but you can see for yourselves at triple-g.homedns.org:
