I created my own plugin and am updating info in the database. I am using wpdb->query to do so with double quotes around values. I found soon after the Wordfence update my queries would not run correctly. I ended up changing my double quotes to single quotes and all is well now. Is that a Wordfence update thing? I was thinking it was just the host but figured I should check.

    Hi,

The type of quotes within your plugin files shouldn’t be affected by Wordfence, but it might depend on the content being submitted. You can check the Live Traffic page and select “Blocked” to see if any of the hits are being blocked by Wordfence. Alternately, you can turn off Wordfence temporarily to see if the issue still occurs when Wordfence is disabled.
