    Hi,

I’ve set up a new website with a fresh installation of WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Square plugin. While the Square plugin connects successfully to my account, it does not display my business locations. I have two registered business locations in my Square account.

I’m using Square with other platforms without any issues and have processed numerous transactions, so my Square account is active and functioning correctly. I’ve already reached out to Square support, and they confirmed that everything is fine on their end, suggesting I contact the plugin author for further assistance.

I’ve also tested the API using Square’s API Explorer, and I’m able to retrieve the business locations without any issues. I have followed advice from related support topics, including clearing transients, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me resolve this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to follow up regarding the support ticket I submitted about the WooCommerce Square plugin not displaying my business locations. I haven’t received an update yet and wanted to check on the status of my request.

Could you kindly provide an update on the progress or let me know if you need any additional information from my side?

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Hello ahmed asghar,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Since your Square account is working fine on other platforms and you’ve already tested the API successfully, it seems like there might be a configuration issue between WooCommerce and the Square plugin.

Here are a couple of steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

1- Ensure that the address listed in WooCommerce > Settings > General is entered correctly, as it may affect how the business locations are displayed.

2- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any error logs, particularly those related to Square. This might give us more insight into what’s causing the issue, such as a fatal error or miscommunication with the API.

If you find any logs, feel free to share them here, and we can dive deeper into the problem.

    Best regards.

    Hello ahmed asghar,

    Thank you for your reply.

I noticed a 403 error in your logs. This suggests that access to the Square API may be getting blocked by Cloudflare. It can sometimes interfere with API requests, resulting in issues like this.

Could you please try temporarily disabling Cloudflare and test the connection again to see if the business locations appear?

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best regards.
