  • Hi,

I checked the screenshot, I understand that the sync setting is WooCommerce, and that Square is overriding the manage stock setting. To clarify, was the Manage stock unchecked at the beginning? And then is that setting being checked, and the quantity is put to 0 at the inventory tab? And to 1 at the variation level? I want to make sure I am understanding correctly.

May I ask, does your product have multiple attributes? I am asking because Square does not support products with multiple attributes: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/faq/#section-5

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the quick response. The Manage Stock became checked after syncing with Square from Woo Commerce and created a zero under the Inventory tab. The inventory was managed through variations. But because it’s no longer managed at variation levels, it shows the product as Out of Order. Unchecking the Manage stock fixes the issue. The product only has only one attribute, the Size.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

You can switch the site theme temporarily to Storefront and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Square, then please check again to see if the issue occurs again.

If not, it means there was a conflict affecting the normal behavior, and you can switch back the theme to the original one, and then the rest of the plugins until you find the culprit.

    More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know if that makes a difference.

    Hello,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thanks.
