    Hi,
I have square connected to my Woocommerce, but the inventory data does not seem to be updating..
I set the inventory up for all my products, but when I sell an item in square, the inventory does not update on woocommerce.

I have the ‘sync settings’ set to Square, and the Sync Inventory tick box ticked – “Sync inventory?Enable to fetch inventory changes from Square”.

The Sync interval is set to 15 minutes.

The SKU’s match up as I imported all the product data from woocommerce to square.

And for each product I have selected the tick box – Update product data with Square data.

Why would this not be working?

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with inventory synchronization between Square and WooCommerce. The settings you’ve described all appear to be correct, however, there could be a few potential causes for this issue:

    • Check the logs for any errors. You can access this under ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Status’ > ‘Logs’. From the drop-down, select the ‘Square’ log that matches your attempt date. If you see errors, let us know what you find.
    • Check your API connection. Go to ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Square’ and make sure you’re connected with the correct Square account.
    • Check for any theme or plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins temporarily. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Cheers.
