Square plugin location not showing, not active on site

    I had the same issue I’ve seen here- credit card fields not showing and when they did, you couldn’t type in them. I uninstalled and reactivated the plugin but now it’s not connected? Everything looks good in the back except the location field is blank.
    It was connected before so I know that on the square side it’s set up correctly.

    I reconnected to Square and found and connected to the location. Now the credit card area is still not showing.
    When you click on the credit card bar no fields show. Help!

    In my case, The location is disabling every month and have to keep on disconnecting and reconnecting to make it enabled.

    The strange thing is, it is happening every month’s 22, 23 or 24.. just on one of these days, each and every month.

    My bad is my WooCommerce, it’s version is 2.6.4. So I’m using the Square plugin 1.0.15.

    It’ll be great help if the team help suggesting me a good version that fixes the problem and also supports my WC 2.6.4

    I can’t replicate the same issue on my end so could you please check if you see the same with default Storefront theme activated and only WooCommerce and Square plugins enabled?

    @prudhvikanakala WooCommerce 2.6.4 is no longer supported so we can’t guarantee the latest versions of Square to work with it. I’d recommend moving into the direction of updating your site to the latest WooCommerce versions since, at some point, its incompatibility with the latest version of other plugins/WordPress can cause very different and unexpected issues.
