Square receipt not showing Woocommerce customer order notes

    Our customers request special order items and items not yet in the online store by typing order notes into the customer info form on the checkout page. These notes aren’t showing up on the Square receipt in the Square app. This means we have to check both the website and the Square Dashboard. Is there an app or a setting or code that can address this?

    Hey there!

    There is not a method to send WooCommerce order notes to Square receipts. If this is something you would want to have happen, you will likely need to have a developer add this particular functionality to your site. We highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)
