Square Sync Failing & Only Half of Inventory Shows

I have the plugin set up to sync from Square to Woocommerce automatically every 1 hour.
I ran a manual sync on May 6, with several “Alerts” letting me know products couldn’t be imported due to them being variable pricing products on Square. I understand why we’re getting THOSE alerts (the products are missing pricing). However, the last alert received said “Sync failed”.
I turned on error logs after I noticed that a few days later and tried running the manual sync again. This time, I don’t see the sync ever completing or even seeing new alerts. I’m only seeing alerts from my May 6 attempt.
Square has about 2,000 products and only 1,000 of those products (roughly 50%) transferred. What could be causing this issue? I’m happy to provide more information if needed,
