    After the new update to 2.0 it ask me to disconnect from Square and reconnect to sync products but when I click “Connect to Square” it takes me to Woocommerce.com and ask me to login using WordPress.com. I have already set everything up and have been using Square for about a month. I do not need to go to woocommerce or setup an account with Square as I already have an account. I believe the link is suppose to connect me with Square to sync my web site with Square. Please help as I need to keep my products synced.

    I saw there was an update to 2.1 which I did hoping this would fix my issue but it did not.

    Hey @rsnsbartlett,

    Please make sure to disconnect and reconnect Square within your plugin settings using 1.0.38. This is because your old Square authorization token is no longer good once you have upgraded to 2.0+ and reconnecting. You should be able to get this working again by disconnecting and reconnecting.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Hi. We had an issue on one of our websites yesterday where Square disconnected from the website. We had to disconnect, and reconnect. There was no warning, and we had placed some orders within 45 days (quite a few actually).

    Is there a way we can add a notice for when this occurs? The only way we noticed it was when we tried to place an order and no payment methods were available.

    i am having the same issue since the update this is the second time in less than 2 months and the fact that there is no one to call when you have problems and it takes literally a life time for someone to respond to the support tickets it truly sucks because i have to take me website off line because there are no payment options showing up for square i can not syn the website or products every time i try to syn or connect the website it takes me to woocommerce.com …if there is anyone out there that can help please help !!! this is so frustrating im so ready to switch platforms wordpress and wooocommerce has been nothing but a nightmare for me

    Hope this helps someone out that is having the same issue syncing your square accounts with the update… I had the TI WooCommerce Wishlist plugin installed and that was breaking the link to syn with square so i deleted the wishlist plugin and was able to update and sync with square .. I did not install the wishlist plugin after the syn so not sure if it will happen again using this plugin but for now i am able to accept payments with square and sync the accounts so will update once i install the wish list plugin to let all know if the plugin can be used with update for square .

    Thanks. We haven’t had issues with Stripe & Woocommerce so likely will recommend this to the client as we don’t have that other plugin so don’t see why the sync would be removed randomly. Hopefully square can fix this issue or they may end up losing more customers (if they haven’t already)

    Hello, I am new to WP ecommerce. Seems after connecting square with woocommerce-square with version 2.03, products are not being synced. The one thing it did do is sync categories from my square. If I need to roll back to version 1.0.38 to resolve this issue, than I will need some help with deleting new version and installing old. I am disconnecting square and deactivating woocommerce-square plugin. The next step is to delete plugin but the problem I am having is that there is no “delete” option. Do I have to deactivate any other woocommerce plugins?

    Plugin Supporters, is there any plan in place to fix this? Please update us so we can plan accordingly. Everyone is sitting in the dark with no information on when this could be fixed.

    I have had to roll back to 1.0.38 as well. Even with a help from wordpress business support, it just will not sync.

    Just updated to Square version 2.1.3 and cannot sync with woocommerce. Tried disconnecting from Square and reconnecting but did not work. I also updated to the latest version of WordPress. Not sure if that is an issue but the new version update for Square was for the purpose of working with new version of WordPress.
