Square Up Menu Embed

  • Hello,

    I am having trouble using the standard Square Up Menu Embedding – the menu looks fine but when the customer clicks to buy an item, the pop-up with purchase options is only in the top inch of the browser. It appears cut off, but you can scroll in that top inch. I’d like to pop up to show in the entire browser. It looks fine on a mobile device, but on a computer it does not.

    I was able to solve the issue on my own – any moderators? Is it possible to delete this thread or at least the link to my personal website?

    I’m having the same trouble – how did you solve your problem?

    It was not easy. I copied the entire code into a text document and played around until I found the line that changed it. I don’t know much about code so I can’t explain what I did. It took a few hours of a lot of guess and check. Square was pretty impossible to reach on customer service – their code really needs to be fixed. Sorry I cannot help further.

    Ps – again reaching out to any admins who can please delete my website off of this post.
