I get a “Server not found” message when I try to view your site.

In the meantime, try adding a &html=1 (to view it as html, rather than a pdf) and see what the output looks like.

I resolved the issue yesterday – thanks anyway – It was caused by quotes in the text which when I removed them (‘) – removed the boxes
