Squeeze page showing as Menu item

We have set up a site to do some testing on. Just the other day, I got a squeeze page plugin working. I noticed that both the squeeze page and home page are showing up on the main menu. I went to the menu settings page and deleted off the squeeze page, but it AND the primary home page both still show up as “home” on the menu.

How can I delete it off of there?
