Squirrly Migration Not Importing Meta Description

    Hi team, I went through the Tools->Import from other SEO tools process, but I’m not getting the meta description imported.

    • I deactivated Squirrly.
    • Clicked Import.
    • Cleared server and browser cache.
    • No CDN on this staging site

    When I check a post in the backend, the Yoast box under meta description is blank.

    Any other steps I need to take?

    Thanks for choosing the Yoast SEO plugin. SEO data import from the Squirrly SEO plugin is currently not working. You are actually not the first to report this issue. That means our product team has created a bug report and is under review.

    Workaround
    At this time, there is no known workaround.

    Our product team will assess the severity of this problem in relation to other open bug reports and new features. Based on their assessment, the bug report will be given a priority level. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. Unfortunately, this means we cannot give you an estimate of when they’ll start working on your report.
