More testing reveals that the Yelp module is what is breaking the site.

I wonder if I need to increase resources available to this plugin and I wonder how I can do that?

Evidently there is a limit to the number of Yelp instances you can display. I don’t know exactly how many that number is, but I cannot display 1 more Yelp instance. I deleted my last instance, fired the plugin back up and all worked fine.

I hope Max returns from the netherworld to talk about this one day. ;^)

    Hi there,

the only limitation that I’m aware of is number of API calls per day. I believe, by default Yelp gives 100 calls per day. You have to email them to request to raise your quote up to 10,000. You can find more information on this here https://www.yelp.com/developers/getting_started

I bumped up the number of calls long ago. It’s definitely not that.

It has something to do with the number of instances of the Yelp part of the plugin. If I use one more instance, the page will fail. If I stay where I’m at, I have no problems. It probably has something to do with a limit to resources allowed by the server for a given function, but I have not a clue where to tinker with this.

BTW, I think this a great plug-in but I have a suggestion on how to improve it. For debugging it would be nice if you could disable one “module” of the plugin at a time so that you can track down problems, as I did.

I also would pay you a fee, if you would accept it, to get the schools portion of the plug-in working in my area. I’d also like to add a function that lists parks, libraries and governmental resources.
