SRP enables pages

Hi,
I just installed SRP and wanted it to show the latest 3 posts in my main sidebar on the right. However, after I had adjusted the settings to my wishes and put it in my widget bar, all the pages that have this main sidebar don’t load anymore and are completely blank. How did this happen and what should I do to avoid this?
