The toggle labeled ” social count” is already on.
I assume it is supposed to sum up all the social shares. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working right now: no sign of evolution of any post count despite seeing some shares done for a given post (eg:on Matomo)…..
I am using a security plugin: iThemes Security. Could some of its settings be the cause of my counters being stuck ?

Do you have the share count minimum set to 0? We have a great function that allows you to hide share counts until your post is shared a minimum amount of time.

I tried to set it to 0, then set it to 1.
It still seems stuck.

Could you please try to share any of my page, then go back 1 hour later and see if it did increment the count or not?

It doesn’t seem to be the case
