ss3 disappeared

    The plugin is gone. I tried to reinstall and it says it already exists (hopefully that means all of my sliders still exist). I did some updates and maintenance and didn’t notice it wasn’t working until the end. Thoughts?

    Hi @jesimonsen,

    The “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” error indicates that the plugin has not been removed entirely, so some of its folders or files were till on your server.
    In such cases, we usually suggest connecting to your server via FTP, manually delete the “smart-slider-3” folder and then you can install it again!

    The sliders you made in the database, not inside the files, so they’ll remain.
