It looks fine. I can’t see any issues at the moment. Chrome and Safari also report no issues.

En mi hosting me dincen que esta todo ok. Como puedo eliminar el mensaje?

yes, that seems correct. You can follow the instructions above the manually add the security headers to your .htaccess file.
