SSL Certificate

I am trying to get my SSL Certificate to work. In the general settings on my wordpress dashboard, the site shows the URL of my website as Http still rather than Https. On my server the database in PHPMyAdmin shows the URL as https but it’s still not showing up on my site. How can I fix this when boxes with my URLS are grayed out and not changable?
