    @nivo2019 That means you don’t have cPanel. Please download the SSL certificate, key & CA Bundle files from the same window and install it on your hosting panel. Your hosting panel should have SSL / TLS option where you can install this. Otherwise, please send these 3 files to your hosting support and ask them to install it for your site.

    Hi,

    Our website hosting have said they can not upload external SSL certificates unless an additional cost is paid.

    Are you able to provide cPanel access via the ‘Click here’ link, please?
