I am using the latest version of everything. My WP is up to date, and I only installed the plug in for the very first time a couple of hours ago.

Going through the settings, I enabled the SSL option for the Dashboard only. Now I can’t log in. I get the following error message.

This web page has a redirect loop
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

My website does support SSL so that’s not the problem. Can someone please help? I don’t know how to regain access to my website’s back end!

    Thank you

Now I can’t even log into my FTP account? Has this got something to do with the plug in as well? I’ve reset my FTP password via WHM, so I know it’s correct. I’m using CuteFTP. It just tries and tries and nothing happens. I can access other websites without problems.

Feeling quite frustrated and I hope someone can help! Thank you.

I gave up. I had to delete the plug in via the cPanel > File Manager and then delete the code that it had inserted in the wp-config and .htaccess files. Now at least I can access my website again…
