SSL – Mixed Content

After we switched to SSL we get Mixed Content and block:

Loading mixed (insecure) display content “https://gravatar.com/avatar/661eb21385c25c01ad64ab9e13b37331/?s=60” on a secure page

Also is this plugin ever gonna be updated ?
