SSL mixed content warning – Post File Uploader

Overall im well satisfied with the https: result of my multiside admin. I even wrestled the mixed content warning of gravatar and the thickbox loading spinner down.

Anyway when im start to editing a new post and open the file uploader to insert new images the overlay opens as http so the post editing page puts out a mixed content warning for the uploader. Any ideas how to force this uploader to open and receive images with https ?
