• I apparently have an SSL for my site, but my site isn’t listed for the SSL. On top of that I get this message for WordPress:

WARNING: Your server does appear to support SSL. Using these features without SSL support on your server or host will cause some or all of your site to become unavailable.

Anyone know how I change the SSL to reflect my site name so that I can run ecommerce on my site? Thank you

    -Jess

I apparently have an SSL for my site,

What do you mean by “apparently”?

Please provide a link to a page on your site where we can see this. Thanks.

    Steve,
The only way that I know this is because I ran my domain through some SSL Server Tests and it came back with some information. I called Comodo, who then advised me that our SSL Certificate is through cPanel and it’s a reseller from some site (mylistturbo) that I’ve never heard about. I suppose my only option is to purchase another one, not through my host, but then I run into the following issues:

-How do I get it active on my site if my host will not support it?
    -How do I install it?
-Where do I get it from?

This is all very new to me and I, unfortunately, made the assumption that the host who built my site would have the Cert reflecting my site and not a resellers Cert. Hope that helped a little bit? Here’s the information that I do have (Thank you, Steve):

    Server Key and Certificate #1
    Subject mail.mylistturbo.com
    Common names mail.mylistturbo.com MISMATCH
    Alternative names mail.mylistturbo.com https://www.mail.mylistturbo.com
Valid from Tue, 04 Apr 2017 00:00:00 UTC
Valid until Wed, 04 Apr 2018 23:59:59 UTC (expires in 10 months and 4 days)
    Issuer cPanel, Inc. Certification Authority
    AIA: https://crt.comodoca.com/cPanelIncCertificationAuthority.crt

it appears that your site is not configured to use SSL — not at the wordpress level, at the hosting level. Please check with tech support for your host.
