I’ve installed the SSL and it works on https://www.xxx.com and xxx.com. However, the SSL that was installed does not support cpanel.xxx.com, webmail.xxx.com, ipv6.xxx.com, webdisk.xxx.com, cpcontacts.xxx.com, cpcalendars.xxx.com. Is there anyway I can get them supported by the SSL installed using this plugin?

“The installed certificate does not cover this domain. The certificate will not renew via AutoSSL because it was not issued via AutoSSL.”

Went to read up a little and saw that I needed WildCard SSL in order for webmail and other subdomains to be supported. I’m planning to upgrade to Pro, but does it cover Wild Card or do I need to get Pro Unlimited?

Does the Pro (1 site) includes Wild Card? The payment page says it does include Wild Card, but on the Free Vs Premium table, it says only Unlimited supports Wild Card.

@bnwpets Our plugin tries to get Let’s Encrypt SSL for https://www.xxx.com and xxx.com if the?A records are the same IP.

Single site Pro license doesn’t include Wildcard SSL. Only Unlimited-Sites license includes Wildcard SSL.

On the payment page, you can see the details (i.e., Unlimited Sites license required) if you mouse over the question mark just after ‘Wildcard SSL’.

So that you know, we are not allowed to provide premium support here. I have replied to your email. Please continue there.
