SSL problem with emtpy install

    Good night,

    We planned to migrate our webhosting to a different webhost, but when we enabled the SSL certificate on the new webhost, WordPress doesn’t load certain files. When I change the links to https in the database it ends up in a redirect loop.

    So we decided to start smaller. Apparenly even a completely clean 4.0 WordPress doesn’t load the http links.

    When I redirect to https via a .htaccess file it ends up in a redirect loop as well.

    Does somebody recognize this issue?
