SSL problems

  • Hello,
    I had my page speed totally fine. The GT metrix loadin time was usually around 4-5 seconds. Anyway, yesterday I asked bluehost to make my site secured as it was a part of my package I bought. So they installed the SSL, but now the loading time of my page is really long and GT metrix says around 20-25 seconds. There is problem with redirects and bad requests. Since I dont have any technical knowledge, I dont know what to do next or where to look for help.

    First of all, thank you for asking about this, it’s appreciated.

    I have inspected the website using GTMetrix and inside the browser console. It seems that the caching plugin causing the issues with cached files throwing error 404.

    Our themes are working with the SSL just fine and at the expected speed.

    I suggest that you get in touch with our support team (https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/) and provide some temporary WP admin access so that we could take a look and help you out.
