• Hey people,

I really like your Plugin so far – good work guys!
However, there’s one issue in the backend, which is a bit confusing for me: The SSL/TLS Button. SSL is deprecated since 1999 – you probably mean TLS. So where’s the difference between your “SSL” and your “TLS” option then?
In fact I’m asking because whenever I set a TLS as outgoing Server while forcing TLS encryption (meaning I’m using Port 465), it works perfectly. However, if I set my login credentials in WP Mail SMTP and select TLS encryption, it doesn’t work with TLS encryption, but with SSL.

The new Button “Auto-TLS” is also a bit weird, because this feature is usually called STARTTLS – at least this is what the description sounds like:

By default TLS encryption is automatically used if the server supports it, which is recommended. In some cases, due to server misconfigurations, this can cause issues and may need to be disabled.
