SSLHandshakeException error?

    Hi,

    This week I updated SSP to version 2.6.2. After this, I published one episode and things got… weird.

    Some listeners told me they can’t download or stream this new episode, and stats back their struggle — this episode had only 30% of the average downloads. One of them, who listens to podcasts in AntennaPod app (I guess?), sent a screenshot showing this following error:

    SSLHandshakeException – Chain validation failed”

    I’m not sure where the problem is. Any idea?

    Hi @rghedin!

    I can see some errors regarding file loading in the browser console, but it still works for me well. Anyway, it’s related to your server settings and there is nothing to do with the plugin. So if you still experience such a problem, please ask your hosting provider to fix it.

    @zahardoc @danjorad Something was wrong in our end/server indeed. As soon our sysadmin fixed it, everything worked fine as usual.
