    Hi

On our site https://raptordronepilots.com/ Edwiser Bridge was working correctly, but now the Single Sign On does not seem to be creating a Moodle account. Also I added a new course and Edwiser is not enrolling the students into Moodle at all for it.

A follow up to this: it seems to be working now, but I don’t know what caused the problem or if it may come back.

    Hi Mark,

Usually, if the Moodle course visibility is set as “Hidden” then users who purchase the course through WordPress won’t be enrolled into it.

So ideally it has to kept as “Open” in order that users who purchase the course in WordPress will be enrolled to it in Moodle.

Having said that glad to know that things are fine now but just in case you have any other query then do send a mail to [email protected]

    Regards,
    Team WisdmLabs
