SSO doesn’t work

Hello, I was excited to find this plugin but even though I put all the settings in place in the plugin and in my freshdesk account I can not get SSO to work. When I log in to my WordPress site I am not logged in to my freshdesk account. I get redirected to the /normal login page and have to login there. I thought maybe it had something to do with the new “Mint” experience so I switched back to the old freshdesk but that didn’t work. I hope you can help.

I’m no professional but I think I found the problem.
As @brainstormforce said Freshdesk updated their API. It seems that a timestamp is now needed.Their example code for sso now looks like this: https://gist.github.com/thanashyam/1662527
I now try to adopt this example and test it!
