    Hi guys,

I know you prefer to answer queries via your own forum but it’s a nightmare to get into – I just tried to reset my password following adding my username, and the email is floating around cyberspace somewhere.

    So:

I’ve just been in touch with the guys at Relevanssi, stating that a numerical search crashes the website.

The Relevanssi guy said to check the error logs to find out why it crashed, or he wouldn’t be able to help.

What I DID find in my error logs was this:

    Stack trace:

So I deactivated WPForo and all went back to normal.

    A fix is needed, please?

    Hi @deeveearr,
You’ve checked wpForo folder from /wpforo/ to /wpforo.bak/, please deactivate wpforo and delete it. Make sure the wpforo.bak folder is removed from plugins directory. Then search and install it again.

    Hi @gvectors-team

I did all of that, but there are still problems in doing a numerical search.

    Hi @gvectors-team

No, the issue is with a full website search, and not a forum search.

If you go to the main website in the search panel, numerical searches all give a critical WordPress error, which is why I followed the Relevanssi instructions to examine the error logs.

Try searching for ’15 years’ on the full website search to see an example.

    Hi @gvectors-team

    Relevanssi have sorted it.

They suggested removing the custom post snippets, after which everything returned to normal
