Stacked Images Strip Away Alt Text!!

  • Love your product. I think GetWid blocks are great.

    I have found a serious issue that is tanking accessibility and Lighthouse scores.

    The Stacked Images getwid block (and maybe other getwid blocks) strips away all alt text away from images it uses. It doesn’t supply it’s own means of adding it back in using the settings panel either.

    This opens serious accessibility liabilities. How can we get alt text back?

    Update maybe? Please.

    Thanks for contacting us. There is no alt tag in images of the Image Stack Gallery block at the moment. I’ve added your request to our list of features. We will do our best to release it in one of the further updates. Do not hesitate to contact us and put additional questions.
