Staff photo appearing twice

Try to add either

.sp-template.sp-template-staff-photo.sp-template-photo.sp-staff-photo {
    display: none;
}

or

article.type-sp_staff .td-post-featured-image {
    display: none;
}

at SportsPress->Settings->General->Custom Code
