Staging Site fatal Error

  • I am trying to open a staging admin page but keep getting this error. Any ideas how to fix it? Or where the issue might be coming from?

  • It seems, some of the WordPress files are missing. You might want to re-install the WordPress on your staging site.

    Thanks for the reply do you know which files exactly? I have tried copying the staging site and then replacing all folders except WordPress content but it still caused an error.

    The exact file is mentioned in the error – “/home/customer/www/staging4.vitalherbs.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/block-patterns/query-standard-posts.php”
    You can download the version of the WordPress that you want to install from www.ads-software.com and upload the files of “wp-includes” folder to the staging site’s “wp-includes” folder.

    I have tried reinstalling missing wordpress files via ftp this just caused another fatal error as well as disabling all plugins .

    What is the fatal error you get?
