Hi, we set up a staging site to relook a blog and found that it had replaced the live blog in the “my sites” list on WordPress.com and the live blog was no longer listed. All 13000+ subscribers were now linked to the staging site and new post notifications for the live blog no longer worked.

We have now set the staging site so that JetPack recognises it as such, a staging site, but now all subscribers/stats have disappeared there too.

On the live blog, we now see the message “Jetpack is powering your site, but to access all of its features you’ll need to create an account”. We have an account, but the live blog is nowhere to be found there. We also see “Something happened while loading stats. Please try again later or view your stats now on WordPress.com” Again, when we go to WordPress.com, the live blog is not mentioned there.

What do we need to do to add the live blog to the “my sites” again and most importantly, link all previous subscribers/stats to it.

I have sent also sent a support email, but received no response on that (yet). Perhaps someone here can help. Thanks.
