Staging Without Domain?

    I am trying to stage a site on GoDaddy’s virtual dedicated Linux box for a site that’s domain is currently pointed to another server. I would like to stage the new site and then point the domain to my box. GoDaddy support is – no surprise – zero help on a strategy.

    Has anyone figured out a smooth way to do this with WP?
