    Hello, I had been using this plugin with success for some time now but it was recently brought to my attention that the tweets are not being updated, meaning, they aren’t grabbing new tweets. I’m using a shortcode on my front page using the <?php echo do_shortcode() ?> function. Anyone else having this trouble? The account does have new tweets but they aren’t getting pulled in.

    Is it possible that it’s just not pulling in retweets? After looking at the account it seems to be pulling in normal tweets (those that originated from that account) but none of the RTs. Is this not part of the functionality, perhaps?

    Please resolve. I didn’t have the shortcode configured correctly which is why I was not getting what I wanted. Apologies for creating the ticket.

    No problem – and thanks for letting me know when you had fixed the problem.

    I will look to see if I need to make the instructions clearer.
