Stalled Restore

    I started a Restore and it looks like it’s stalled at 38%. I received an email that one of the plugins caused a fatal error. What should I do?

    I’m not able to download the Live Log to attach to this. I receive a Failed – Server problem message.

    My apologies for such delayed reply.

    During restoration at 38% your backup should be still during extraction.

    As you said that some plugin causes a fatal error, could you please let me know what’s the plugin name and any track of the error?

    Before restoration or migration, always disable all plugins (keep only Backup Migration plugin) – in most cases it should make the process quicker and more stable – in any case it’s recommended but optional, our plugin should work in such scenarios as well.

    The name of the wordpress plugin is Mini Orange.

    apparently if you don’t deactivate it before migrating to another site, it makes a nasty crashing noise.
